Zomello Privacy Policy
Zomello by ZomBeatz Media · Last updated October 19, 2026
Zomello is a task and project planner. The short version: your boards are yours. Zomello has no accounts with us, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. ZomBeatz Media does not receive, collect, store or sell any of your information.
What Zomello stores, and where
- On your device. Your boards, cards, checklists, notes, attached files and settings are saved on the device you use Zomello on. They stay there unless you choose to send them somewhere (below).
- On your own computer (optional). If you connect the app to the Zomello app on your computer, your boards travel directly between your devices over your home network, encrypted. They do not pass through ZomBeatz Media or the internet.
- On a Zomello Server (optional). If you add a Zomello Server, your boards on that server are stored by whoever runs it (you, or someone who invited you). That server's owner, not ZomBeatz Media, is responsible for it.
Connections the app makes
Zomello only connects to places you choose:
- your own computer or Zomello Servers you add;
- calendar addresses you add to a board (for example a Google Calendar link), to show those events;
- web links you open from a card, which open in your browser.
The AI tools only create text for you to copy into an assistant of your choice. Zomello itself never sends your data to any AI service.
Permissions
- Internet: to reach your computer, Zomello Servers and calendar addresses you add.
- Nearby devices / local network: to connect to your own computer on your home Wi‑Fi.
- Camera: only when you tap "Scan the QR code on your computer", to read that code. Nothing the camera sees is saved or sent anywhere.
- Notifications: to show the card reminders you set.
Sharing
ZomBeatz Media does not share your information with anyone, because it never receives it. Boards you share yourself (a board file you send, or a board on a Zomello Server) go only to the people you choose.
Children
Zomello is a general productivity app and is not directed at children under 13.
Deleting your data
Everything Zomello keeps on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app (save boards you want first: a board's menu → Save as board file). Data on your computer or a Zomello Server is managed there.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
